According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, Typhoon Hagibis (No.19) is forecast to approach Shizuoka Prefecture, where the Port of Shimizu is located, over this weekend (12-13 Oct). Strong winds, heavy rain, high waves and storm surges are expected in the affected areas.
If you are currently in the affected area, please be careful. The Port of Shimizu is also taking the safety measures against this typhoon. The pictures were at the pier connected by many ropes to prevent from being damaged.
